Your account

Delete your account and associated data.

You can permanently delete your What Wine When account from inside the app. No support request is required.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Your Profile

    Sign in, then tap the profile icon from the home screen.

  2. Find Delete Account

    Scroll below Storage Locations to the Delete Account section.

  3. Confirm permanent deletion

    Tap Delete Account and confirm that you understand the action is irreversible.

What is deleted

Your profile, current inventory, past-bottle history, storage locations, notes, and associated label images are removed from active systems.

Deleted database information may remain in encrypted backups for up to seven days. OpenAI abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days under its standard API controls. Records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as permitted by law.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@whatwinewhen.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
